Phinas is a resident of Corcus Island. He is desperate that mechs damaged his house and asks the player to find them. After a while, he realises that the damage isn't that big after all and isn't that desperate.
Nettik is an enthusiastic mech builder. She doesn't want her mechs to damage anything or affect others in any way and she does everything she can to keep others from thinking that any mechs created by her exist. She doesn't really want to hurt the player, but the existence of her creations is more important for her.
