[1/4] Mayor Alvin: He's... difficult. He's the son of my sister, who was unfortunately killed by spiders some time ago. {sadly}

[3/4] Mayor Alvin: I truly hope he will cease with these ridiculous ploys sometime soon... but I can't bring myself to do more than give him a stern talking to. {explaining}
