The Mayor is a conspiratorial yet charismatic man whom the people of Lexdale think of as a leader. His voice should sound menacing and fearmongering.
Amira is the young woman accused of being a witch. She is frightened and angry.
The Tunnel Dweller Chieftian is bitter due to the decay's effect on their people. Because they are not referred to by pronouns in the quest, their gender is unknown. They do not want to kill the player, but they must if their people should survive for another day. Their voice should be deep, resigned, and slow.
