If that thing explodes, it'll take the whole city with it! {Grievous and distressed} [2/2] Llevigar Citizen: I'd be dead, or even worse; poor! {Increasingly distressed, putting excessive emphasis on 'poor'} *After completing The Heart of Llevigar* [1/3] Llevigar Citizen: Thank goodness the Heart of Llevigar is fixed. I'm surprised Cerid didn't help fix the problem. {Extremely relieved, and gradually calming down} [2/3] Llevigar Citizen: Cerid is a famous electromagic inventor who has created powerful weapons and armor. From...I think it was, er...Corko? Carper? Someplace like that. {Explaining in a calmer tone than before, though still not entirely put together} [3/3] Llevigar Citizen: I suppose it doesn't matter who fixed the power plant, though, as long as me and my money haven't been blown to bits! {Nervously optimistic} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Citizen 2 [1/1] Llevigar Citizen: A meteor just fell down near the inn down the main path from the city. I bet I could sell some shards and make a fortune! {Excited and naively optimistic} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Citizen 3 //Already voiced -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Citizen 4 [1/2] Llevigar Citizen: I wonder if they're ever going to clean up that broken house- it's been there for a pretty long time now. {Casual and nonchalant} [2/2] Llevigar Citizen: It's up above the civic court building. Looks like someone set off a bomb there or something! {Casual} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Citizen 5 [1/3] Llevigar Citizen: Did you hear the news? Siegfried just killed a bunch of Orc- Wait, you don't know who Siegfried is? {Excited to talk about Siegfried, then bewildered about the player's ignorance} [2/3] Llevigar Citizen: He's a legendary hero, the Bob of Gavel! He's all over the newspaper! I hear he's looking for apprentices. {Full of admiration for Siegfried, putting lots of emphasis on 'legendary hero' and 'Bob of Gavel'} [3/3] Llevigar Citizen: I wish I was good enough to become a student of his. {Yearnful and slightly sad, but still admiring} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Soldier [1/3] Llevigar Soldier: Ah, good, more of you small-noses are here to fight. {Authoritive, with a condescending attitude badly disguised as stoical pragmatism} [2/3] Llevigar Soldier: You're good for battle, so the government can focus more on the real issues. {Still authoritive and condescending, putting emphasis on the 'real' issues} [3/3] Llevigar Soldier: Can't afford to have all our resources on war when we have the Decay to deal with up north. {Trying to justify their snobbish attitude, while still sounding condescending and annoyed} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Electromagic Expert [1/1] Electromagic Expert: Aah, this is bad, where's the keys to my toolbox?! Zenam said it was important, I need to find them! {Frantically} *After completing The Heart of Llevigar* [1/1] Electromagic Expert: I still can't believe it, a human has done my job and taken my emeralds... Just because I lost my keys... {Dejected and shocked, putting emphasis on 'my' job and 'my' emeralds} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Scavenger Hunt Participant (titled "Llevigar Citizen") [1/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: Hmm.. I wonder if there's any tier 3 items here. {Inquisitively} [2/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: AHA! HIS MUG! {Excited} [3/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: ...It's expensive though. Oh well, it's worth it for a chance to adventure with Siegfried! {Initially strained, before being overtaken by admiration for Siegfried} *After completing Hero of Gavel* [1/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: Oh, come on! Please, just give me a refund! {With notes of disbelief and desperation} [2/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: How was I supposed to know when I bought it that I'd lose the competition, huh? {Increasingly desperate} [3/3] Scavenger Hunt Participant: Who cares that I don't have the mug?! I want my money back! {Still desperate, and with undue disbelief at the fact that you can't get a refund without the item} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Llevigar Professor [1/4] Llevigar Professor: Oh sorry, am I blocking the shelf? I'm doing some research concerning Siegfried. He plays quite an astounding role in the current history of Gavel. {Calmly, focused on the research} [2/4] Llevigar Professor: I used to not believe in the stories of his heroic quests, however I can't deny the fact that he and his life are well documented. {Thoughtfully} [3/4] Llevigar Professor: After all, he is still alive and writing new books about his adventures, such as this one about his journey to slay an entire pack of werewolves threatening the town of Gelibord. {Still thoughtful} [4/4] Llevigar Professor: Oh would you look at that, that actually happened a week ago. He seems so selfless and brave, I can see why we tell our children about him. {Fascinated} -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Receptionist [1/3] Receptionist: Hm... Yes, this all looks g- Oh! Hello there! Do you have an appointment? {Diligent and friendly} [2/3] Receptionist: No? I'm afraid I can't help you then. Have a nice day. {Friendly, though focused on getting back to their work} [3/3] Receptionist: Now, where was I... Hm. What's that noise coming from the records room...? {Still focused, but slightly confused about the noise}
