The barman is a middle aged man living in Nemract and working / owning (?) the Nemract bar
Honip is a middle aged man and the captain of a(n) (amateur) pirate crew, he lures the player into another ship in order for him and his crew to be able to kidnap them.
There is a "Pirate" character who talks with Onip when the Osearer attacks (?) the pirate ship, since the skin and the person who talks to Honip looks inconsistent; the voice can be either male or female.
Seth is a middle aged man and one of the main members of the crew (probably Honip's second).
Seaskipper Captain is that one old friendly and trusty villager we all know :D (Also richest player according to Salted)
