Emotions will be displayed as {emotion} Javen is the owner of bar located at Corkus Docks, he is very friendly with his clients no matter if they are local corkians or people from other provinces like the player. He doesn't support the ideals of "patriots" of Corkus, he is a calm and understanding character as he recognises that the player was acting weird after driking. Rensa is the leader of the "patriots" of Corkus, with his group he tries to prevent Corkus from oppening up to other provinces like Wynn, Gavel and even Fruma since he considers that the other provinces might put the whole island in the danger and that Corkus is above the problems of the other provinces. He seems to know a lot about all the provinces and even the war of the realms. Rensa sounds very full of himself and acts as if he can control evreything that happens in Corkus. Also he knows Javen so the player must not be the first person to be caught in the activities of the patriots. The "Corkus City Citizen" can be interacted with in any order, in that script the players talk to them in this order, the first one is an engineer, he knows how the aqueduct works and how to reboot the draining system. The second citizen doesn't seem to have a clear occupation, the player just helps her to recover her belongings before her house is fully destroyed by the fire. The last citizen works at the docks, his known job is to load the boats. The Corkian Security Executive isn't clearly identified as a Male or a Female, the player only speaks with them at the end of the quest after most of the patriots are arrested. [1/3] Javen: Mo'in lad! We don't get many Wynn folks round 'ere. {friendly/welcoming/informing} [2/3] Javen: Welcome to old Javen's tavern, what can I do yer for? {friendly/welcoming} [3/3] Javen: Let's see... I can give ya some of the islands "Old Cork" Brew.. {searching/thinking} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/3] ???: Seems like you are in luck today, adventurer. {friendly/slightly wicked} // Rensa [2/3] ???: My day's been long, and you also look like you could do with a drink or two. {friendly} // Rensa [3/3] ???: There's no need to pay by yourself. Javen, we'll have two cups of the seasonal brew. {friendly} // Rensa --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/1] ???: Cheers! {friendly/enthusiastic/slightly wicked} // Rensa --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/1] Javen: Everything alright, lad? Looking a bit pale... {worried} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/5] Javen: Oh by the mighty founders, everything is ruined! {panicked/angry} [2/5] Javen: YOU! {angry/agressive} [3/5] Javen: You did this! Yer mad in the head! Possessed or summet! {angry/agressive} [4/5] Javen: Yer seem fine now though. What got inter ye lad? You went berserk like! {confused/angry} [5/5] Javen: It weren't just here neither. You ran outta here and wrecked all sorts! You better go find the people you affected and apologise! {in a hurry/angry} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/6] Corkus City Citizen: The whole aqueduct is ruined! The city's fresh water is just draining into the ocean... // Male NPC {afflicted/distressed} [2/6] Corkus City Citizen: Ah! It's you! Back to wreck the rest of the city's infrastructure?! You're meant to be a tourist! {angry} [3/6] Corkus City Citizen: Wait... Weren't your eyes red before? Were you ill? It was a bit scary. {confused/scarred} [4/6] Corkus City Citizen: Oh.. You don't even remember? Well.. If you want to help, I need it right now. {understanding/distressed} [5/6] Corkus City Citizen: The system needs to be rebooted, which can only be done down in the sewers. {informing} [6/6] Corkus City Citizen: Kind of a design flaw if you ask me.. But if you go down that trap door, you will find it in the sewers! {thinking/informing/in a hurry} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/1] Corkus City Citizen: Hurry, please! Just head into the big trapdoor by the bushes, the controls are in there. // Male NPC {in a hurry/informing} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/5] Corkus City Citizen: You fixed it? Everything you broke? That's one hell of a twisted personality. // Male NPC {distressed/surprised} [2/5] Corkus City Citizen: Corkus has been urging tourists and envoys from the other provinces to gain recognition. {informing} [3/5] Corkus City Citizen: There are others that blame any outsiders for the problems of the islands.. They say they are patriots.. but honestly... {informing/doubting} [4/5] Corkus City Citizen: They are just awful people. They want to do anything to make non Corkians look bad. {confident/angry} [5/5] Corkus City Citizen: If I were you, I'd better start asking around to find out more about that! {confident/revolted} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/5] Corkus City Citizen: It's THEM! Someone call the authorities! It's the one who set my house on fire. // Female NPC {angry/panicked} [2/5] Corkus City Citizen: How could you do this and just come back all calm like? You were screaming your head off! {angry/agressive} [3/5] Corkus City Citizen: My house is still burning! Wait... You say you don't have any memory of any of this? {panicked/distressed/confused} [4/5] Corkus City Citizen: Look, if you're serious, you have a chance to help make it better. {understanding/distressed} [5/5] Corkus City Citizen: There are valuables in a chest in there you must save before the whole place burns to the ground, get going! {in a hurry/panicked} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/5] Corkus City Citizen: You did it! So you weren't lying? Ugh, I guess you might just be trustworthy. // Female NPC {relieved/understanding} [2/5] Corkus City Citizen: You know about the 'patriots' of Corkus? {thinking/informing} [3/5] Corkus City Citizen: Well this kind of maneuver is right up their alley.. It certainly made you look bad! {thinking/understanding/revolted} [4/5] Corkus City Citizen: Now that you bring it up, I did hear a group of Corkians quietly discussing something about framing tourists. {informing/suspicious} [5/5] Corkus City Citizen: I have no idea how they would make you do something against your will though... {thinking/confused} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/6] Corkus City Citizen: Came back to wreck the rest of my work have you? Why aren't you all insane looking? // Male NPC {angry/confused} [2/6] Corkus City Citizen: So now your story is you were not in control? It's easy to believe. You were mad! {doubting/angry} [3/6] Corkus City Citizen: I don't know if you have some kind of condition.. but if you want to help, I need it to clean up the mess you made. {understanding/distressed/angry} [4/6] Corkus City Citizen: I need to replace all the cargo you destroyed. {distressed/less angry} [5/6] Corkus City Citizen: All you gotta do is get those crates here and put them back on the boats. The limit is 100 for each boat, not more not less! {informing} [6/6] Corkus City Citizen: You can push the button beside the crates to pick them up, and stand on the pressure plate to place them. {informing} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/6] Corkus City Citizen: You did it? ... -I mean, at last. Eh... I guess I was too fast with my judgement for once. // Male NPC {surprised/regretting} [2/6] Corkus City Citizen: Hmm... As it happens I have seen some strange things around here. {thinking/suspicious} [3/6] Corkus City Citizen: During the night I saw something moving across the cliffs.. Looked like a personal balloon. {informinf/suspicious} [4/6] Corkus City Citizen: It wouldn't have been out of the ordinary except there are occasional blood trails coming from the balloon... {informing/suspicious/disturbed/trying to hide being worried} [5/6] Corkus City Citizen: If you really want to approach these people... I guess all you would need to do is follow the trail of blood. {informing/disturbed} [6/6] Corkus City Citizen: Can't say I recommend it but the trail starts near the aqueduct. {informing/worried} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/3] Rensa: Why are you here? I don't mean here and now, I mean why are you on our island? {wicked/curious} [2/3] Rensa: You have of course found yourself in front of me because you were a pawn in our attempts to save this nation. {wicked} [3/3] Rensa: I suppose I should apologise, but truth is you are the reason for this movement. Not you personally... but your people. {wicked/angry} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/6] Rensa: You... Look at yourself. You fight in a war you did not cause. You come from a land you don't even remember. {wicked/disgusted/pitying} [2/6] Rensa: We ask ourselves why would we invite people from two lands of sin. Invite a nation of warring travellers and a nation of greedy merchants to our doors? {wicked/disgusted} [3/6] Rensa: The Corkian people are above such mundane capitalism and brutality. We work as a nation to better all. {angry/confident} [4/6] Rensa: You have been a pawn your entire existence on this world. The worst part is you don't even know it. {wicked/false pity} [5/6] Rensa: Do you, for example - Know the name of your ultimate enemy? The reason for the war on your land? {concerned} [6/6] Rensa: No? Didn't think so. I have no time for this. You served your purpose, even if you did try and redeem your barbaric behaviour... Kill them! {wicked/full of himself/false pity} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/1] Rensa: Tougher than I expected. You don't mind if I interfere a bit, do you? {sarcastic/surprised} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/6] Rensa: Hmph. {annoyed/surprised} [2/6] Rensa: You may have won this fight, but you are still the loser in this situation. {angry/full of himself} [3/6] Rensa: Your eyes are still closed to the greater picture of it all. Corkus is the only place safe from it. I will make sure of it! {confident/angry/full of himself} [4/6] Rensa: There are still greater things in motion as we speak. Plans that will secure this island's safety. {wicked/confident} [5/6] Rensa: Fruma.. Gavel.. Wynn... It's all a joke. We all sit on the cusp of this reality, fighting only the prelude to the real war. {wicked/disturbed} [6/6] Rensa: This is our farewell. I must depart before the short sighted government arrive. Good Luck with your struggle. {wicked/annoyed/sarcastic} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/3] Corkian Security Executive: You must be the adventurer we were told about. Don't worry, we have been informed about everything. {understanding} [2/3] Corkian Security Executive: The work of those separatists has been undone, but there was a pretty long argument about the ownership of this hideout... {informing} [3/3] Corkian Security Executive: In the end, it was decided that it should belong to the barkeeper, because he owns the closest property. He's been quite busy renovating ever since. {informing/friendly/satisfied} --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [1/5] Javen: Now look who we got over 'ere! We were all wondering if you'd ever wake up. {satisfied/friendly} [2/5] Javen: Sorry we ever doubted ye. Weren't fair of us. What you drank was a rare brew designed to enrage and berserk someone. {sorry/understanding/informing/friendly} [3/5] Javen: Basically, it weren't yer fault lad. We never knew some Corkians were so closed minded. {sorry/understanding/informing/friendly} [4/5] Javen: Anyways! Look at what we got, thanks to you I acquired this little place! {proud/satisfied/friendly} [5/5] Javen: By means of reparations have this on me. Yer always welcome round here. {welcoming/friendly/grateful}
